| Included in the tariff is breakfast of your choice. It is served in our dining room with its lovely views across the Foreland Valley to the Channel beyond. All produce is from local sources wherever possible. Fair Trade tea and coffee is served. |

Full English Breakfast with local sausage, bacon and eggs cooked the way you like, mushrooms and tomatoes. |

| Pancakes - Pancakes (crepes), served with lemon and sugar or maple syrup. |

After you have finished eating you may like to enjoy your tea or coffee on the balcony or in the gardens enjoying the views. The garden is a plantsman’s paradise with a large selection of plants of all different types. There is a stream running into two pools and two terraces with lovely views where guests are welcome to sit and enjoy a drink when the weather is suitable. |
